Zachariah Anani is the Arabic translator of Herbert Stollorz's books featured on this web site. He is an evangelist for Yeshua-Jesus the Messiah and a partner with Faith in the Future Foundation this ministry of compassion, peace, and love.
Zachariah was not always a man of peace. In the 1970s he was a Muslim militia leader in Lebanon dreaded by his enemies and fellow militants. Even though both his great grandfather and grandfather were famous imams, Zachariah chose to be a fighter at age 13. It was his way of life for many years until he met a missionary standing on a street corner talking about Yeshua. Zachariah had never heard about this man before, so he asked some questions. Soon he threw away his gun and has lived a life of peace and reconciliation since. His story can be heard in his own words on the audio page of apocalypse2008-2015.com.
After becoming a disciple of Yeshua/Jesus, Zachariah spent 13 years in serious study of the Quran and the Bible. Even though he had been ostracized by his family and community, he sought to prove the truth. Finding inconsistencies in the Quran, but not in the Bible, his faith in the Creator was strengthened. He has spent his life in dialog with Muslims and Christians to promote understanding between them and sharing the message of peace in the messiah.
